This is the first screen users will be seeing when first logon to the system. It consists of three buttons: Start, Maintenance and Exit.
Start: Once invoked, the Webilite menu will appear (see section 4.2).
Maintenance: Once invoked, the Maintenance menu will appear, and this is to allow users to change their password to logon to the application (see section 3.3).
Exit: Once invoked, this application will be terminated.
